4. Drag the folder from your desktop into steamapps>common. It should be there along with your other game folders and the original Call of Duty folder. 5. Just like with the normal "mohaa" fix, go into steam, add a non-steam game, click browse, go to the NEW folder, click the United Offensive "mohaa", and click "add selected programs" in steam.
I then installed Call of Duty United Offensive, and it installs fine. Multi-Player works fine, but when you try to launch Single Player you get a UAC prompt, and when you say "Yes", nothing happens. I believe this is somehow related to the DRM scheme. I own the original CD media for these games, and have provided my own CD Key during install.

For those of you not being able to run Call of Duty: United Offensive due to missing sound files, and the main menu cutting in half. MULTIPLAYER ENHANCEMENTS - Added "allow_jeeps" and "allow_tanks" to sv_mapRotation functionality. For example, "sv_mapRotation allow_jeeps 0 allow_tanks 1 map mp_foy allow_jeeps 1 allow_tanks 0 map mp_kursk" would set up the server so that only tanks are present in mp_foy, and only jeeps are present in mp_kursk.
