I believe I can help. (You only have to replace the yaw motor's bottom part, and put the old magnetic cup onto the new motor shaft. The electronics in the back of the yaw arm are calibrated to the magnets of the yaw and roll motors. Unfortunately there is no way of recalibrating it to a new motor.
