Hex's weapon upgrade! save your game. get out your weapon of choice. make sure your ammo is very high. start targetting passers by, and or cops. kill as many people as possible until the police ranchers get involved. get to your save (easily accesable) save game. wait about 1 min now there no heat at all.

Have to do all the 100 tags around the mapi think that gives them better weapons and a few different weapons will spawn in your safe house. They get smgs, knifes and a desert eagle after you do 100 tags. I don’t use gang members at all when doing the turf wars.
