^ I suggest you do a complete uninstallation of Punkbuster. That includes PBSVCs and the PB folders (in your game directory as well as in appdata) and re-install after that. Also make sure there's no firewall/AV blocking pb.
if you can't see any servers listed on the server browser, then make sure the "source" option at top of that screen is set to "internet". you may also check if everything is reset at "filter servers" option, at same screen. if you're new to the game and it's your first installation, you'll need to use CoD4X to be able to play on online servers
