It simple does not work, the green lights do not power on ever, no matter what I do with the watch (software reset, hard reset, heart rate monitor emitter on, during activity, using garmin connect app after deleting it of my phone, etc). It suddenly stopped working without any apparent shock or any recent software update.

Heart Rate Features. The Forerunner® device has a wrist-based heart rate monitor and is also compatible with chest heart rate monitors. You can view heart rate data on the heart rate widget. If both wrist-based heart rate and chest heart rate data are available, your device uses the chest heart rate data. There are several heart rate-related
4 days ago · Here’s a look at that data compared to the chest strap (HRM-PRO Plus), and Garmin Tacitx 7 AMOLED: Ironically, the Lily 2 did better than the $1,400 Garmin Tactix 7 AMOLED watch, however, the reasons make sense.
This includes HRM-Swim, HRM-Dual, HRM-Pro and HRM-Pro Plus. There’s is also Garmin HRM-Run which can be picked up on some retail sites, along with HRM-Tri. The first has been around since 2013
Two days ago, I went for a 5K run with my HRM-Pro synced to my Phoenix 6. I always wet at least the strap's pads with water or saliva, check to ensure it is connected to the watch, and then when I know everything's connected, I go for a run. I was doing zone 2 HR training (141 to 156 BPM for me) and things seemed to work fine.
Garmin HRM-Pro issues. garmin.com. Hi everyone, I got a HRM-Pro four months ago and while I really enjoyed the much better accuracy of the HR data compared to my Fenix 6X it has already developed some tears around the sensor pads which also started to come off slightly. I took good care of the strap, rinsing it after every run and using some

My HRM stopped working but a new battery didn't seem to fix it. I removed and replaced the battery about 20 times with no success. I was just about to throw it in the bin but I found this post. I really didn't believe it would work but it was a worth a try as a last resort. Amazing! My Edge 1000 found the sensor immediately. Many thanks for
The HRM-Pro (I have one) seems to have only 2 electrodes. If you have the kind of heart problem that requires you to take regular ECG measurements, you probably already have some kind of medical grade device to do that. I put my HRM-Pro on before doing an activity, you can’t take an ECG during the activity, and I take it off soon afterwards.
